Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo, or FNCE 2015, is taking place Oct. 3-6 in Nashville, Tennessee. The opening session is presented by Doug Rauch, former president of Trader Joe’s, and will discuss an innovative solution to the hunger problem. The 2015 Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show will take place Oct. 6-8 in Orlando, Florida. More than a 100 food producers and purveyors will showcase their products in Taste the Future arena, 30 educational seminars will be featured within the Ferdinand Metz Foodservice Forum, Fresh from Florida Pavilion will be featured and several ACF-sanctioned culinary competitions will take place at the 2015 ACF Culinary Arts Competitions.
