On Wednesday, you have a chance to ask your burning questions of Michael Sohocki, Eduardo Garcia, Adam Kaye, Jamie Simpson and Farmer Lee Jones. They might answer them live on Facebook, and you can see all their full talks with access to Conference On-Demand!

  • Eric The Trainer and Andre Rush led a morning workout that got everyone’s blood pumping for the day.
  • The Fundamentals of Dashi” led by Ivan Orkin kicked off the day’s education in the main ballroom. In the session, sponsored by Custom Culinary, Orkin demonstrated the preparation of dashi and shared his thoughts and philosophy on the broth’s various applications in Japanese and Western cuisines.
  • The reinvented ACF trade show featured the best of the culinary world, with sponsors and exhibitors sharing the latest innovations in food, equipment and services. This year, the show floor had exciting new programming and additional professional kitchens and culinary demonstrations with nonstop action during show hours. Sponsors Friedr Dick, Smithfield Culinary, Purdue and Beef. It’s What’s for Dinner all hosted demos on the stage.
  • ACF national championship culinary competitions, including the Student Chef of the Year, Student Team of the Year and the American Culinary Classic, went on throughout the day. Check our Facebook for live videos and updates!
  • American Culinary Federation representatives gave attendees introductions to the organization’s Culinary Programs, Certification, Membership Benefits and Apprenticeships.
  • Legendary chef Marco Pierre White signed books for fans, spoke on the importance of “Yes, Chef” and answered audience questions.
