British chef, restaurateur, and television personality Marco Pierre White has been dubbed the first celebrity chef. He was called the godfather of modern cooking by Australian MasterChef. White was the youngest chef ever to have been awarded three Michelin stars. He has trained notable chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Curtis Stone and Shannon Bennett.
And, most importantly, he’ll be a keynote speaker at ACF National Convention: Orlando, taking place August 4-8, 2019.
He began his classical training as a commis under Albert Roux and Michel Roux at Le Gavroche. At 24, White became head chef and joint owner of Harveys with a kitchen staff that included the young Gordon Ramsay. At 33, he become the youngest chef to be awarded three Michelin stars.
