We visited 20 West Cafe, a new restaurant of one of our accredited schools, @fscjofficial, in downtown Jacksonville, Florida today. The cafe is helmed by a graduate of the culinary program and operated by students and staff in FSCJ’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality program.
